### **Description** Ensure the accurate preparation, review, and filing of tax returns, financial statements, and reports required by regulatory authorities, guaranteeing compliance with current legal and tax regulations, accuracy of accounting information, and timeliness in report submission, in order to support decision-making and financial transparency of the company.### **Key Responsibilities** Randomly review that invoices from domestic and foreign suppliers and accounting supporting documents are appropriate and comply with legal requirements to serve as support for tax declarations Timely prepare tax returns according to deadlines established by the DIAN: VAT, Withholding Tax, Industry and Commerce Tax, Income Tax, Deferred Tax, and submit tax returns timely to the external auditor for approval Perform reconciliations between accounting and tax figures for tax accounts and periodically monitor that tax rates are correctly applied Monthly reconcile tax return information with trial balance information "Prepare clear, complete, and comparable annexes assigned to you for the submission of monthly financial statements Preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and reports to regulatory authorities for B DE C Company" Timely submit required external information forms in accordance with the resolution issued for this purpose.
