Opportunity for growth within the company At Evolution, we are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Intern who wants to launch their career in Talent Acquisition, supporting talent attraction processes in a dynamic and international environment. Main Responsibilities: Support the posting of job openings on various employment portals. Screen resumes according to required profiles. Contact candidates to schedule interviews. Participate in initial interviews (telephone or virtual screenings). Update and maintain candidate databases. Provide support in mass and specialized selection processes. Assist with administrative tasks in the department (documentation, candidate follow-up, reporting). Support employer branding initiatives and job fairs. Requirements: Currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Interest in recruitment and selection. Strong communication and organizational skills.
