**Position Objective**
To plan, control, and monitor the execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, management indicators, and organizational goals, through continuous analysis of information and generation of reports supporting decision-making.
**Academic Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
* Preferred specialization in Project Management, Planning, Cost Management, or related areas.
**Experience**
* Minimum three (3\) years of experience in planning and control of construction projects.
* Experience in schedule monitoring, cost control, report preparation, and indicator management.
**Knowledge**
* Project planning and scheduling.
* Cost and budget control.
* Reading and interpretation of blueprints.
* Construction monitoring and control methodologies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
* Advanced Excel.
* Power BI (preferred).
* AutoCAD (basic or intermediate).
* Revit (basic or intermediate).
* ERP or construction software (preferred).
**Main Responsibilities**
* Develop and update project execution schedules.
* Monitor physical and financial progress of construction works.
* Identify deviations in time, cost, and scope, proposing corrective actions.
* Prepare progress reports for management and project directors.
* Analyze project performance indicators (KPIs).
* Coordinate with site supervisors, construction managers, and other departments to update scheduling.
* Verify compliance with contractual milestones.
* Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting and monitoring for projects.
* Support preparation of quotation analyses for procurement and contracting.
* Consolidate progress information to support decision-making.
* Support documentation management related to planning and control.
* Participate in progress meetings and present technical reports.
* Propose improvements to planning and project control processes.
* Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Quality, and other company policies.
* Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor consistent with the nature of the position.
