Job stability **Job Description** We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and problem-solving-oriented **Maintenance Assistant** to support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in our facilities. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge in electricity, welding, and prior experience in **cold storage rooms** or **food production plants**. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment and infrastructure. * Carry out basic repairs in electricity, welding, and light mechanics. * Provide support for the operation of cold storage rooms, refrigerated chambers, or industrial refrigeration equipment. * Monitor and report equipment failures or deviations in production systems. * Comply with hygiene, industrial safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. * Support the technical team in process improvement and optimization projects. **Requirements** * Education: Technical diploma in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum **1–2 years** in similar roles, preferably in **food production plants** or **industrial refrigeration systems**. **Essential Knowledge:** * Basic and intermediate electricity. * Welding (MIG, TIG, or electric). * Industrial refrigeration (preferred). * Ability to work in low-temperature environments. * Availability to work rotating shifts (if applicable). **Competencies** * Proactivity and results orientation. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Responsibility and commitment. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Bonuses and statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Training and growth opportunities. * Safe and professional work environment.
