Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant with experience in food production companies, responsible for inspecting and controlling quality at all stages of the process. Key Highlights: 1. Verifies compliance with GMP, POES, and food safety procedures We seek a Quality Assistant with one year of experience in food production companies, particularly in chicken production. We offer: work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Salary: Base salary of $2\.200\.000 \+ Transportation allowance \+ Overtime and surcharges Statutory benefits; fixed-term contract for 3 months, renewable 1. Conduct quality inspections at all process stages (receiving, production, and finished product). 2. Verify compliance with GMP, POES, and food safety procedures. 3. Measure and record control parameters: temperatures, pH, weights, chemical concentrations. 4. Perform physicochemical, microbiological, and organoleptic sampling according to the established plan. 5. Review cleaning and disinfection of production areas prior to startup. 6. Monitor and report deviations identified in the process or product. 7. Label, identify, and quarantine non-conforming products. 8. Verify calibration status and proper functioning of measuring instruments. 9. Ensure traceability across all process stages. 10. Accurately complete official forms and records. 11. Support internal and external audits. 12. Assist in corrective and preventive actions arising from findings. 13. Manage and organize quality department supplies. Workplace: On-site employment
