Leadership ability, decision-making capability, and teamwork An Earthquake Disaster Mitigation Company requires professionals with solid civil engineering training, qualified to coordinate and execute structural design for reinforced concrete and/or masonry and/or steel buildings. In addition, the candidate must possess comprehensive training grounded in professional and human ethics, demonstrate leadership ability, decision-making capability, and teamwork skills, and stand out as a responsible, honest, hardworking, and entrepreneurial individual, always committed to fulfilling agreed obligations. The engineer preferably should hold a specialist degree in fields related to structural design and have a minimum of four years’ experience in this area. Furthermore, the candidate must be proficient in commercial structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, MIDAS, DC\-CAD, SAFE, among others.
