Explomin Perforaciones S.A.S. requires a Driller for its team, with two (2\) years of experience in this role, including one (1\) year working for companies in the mining and/or diamond core drilling sector. Job Mission: Perform drilling according to required criteria in the project's designated area, in accordance with the contract signed with the client; ensure proper maintenance of drilling rigs and auxiliary equipment, as well as tools and consumables used in the job. Responsibilities: * Perform drilling operations while maintaining service quality. * Install, operate, assemble, and disassemble accessories and components of the drilling rig as required. * Report daily drilling progress and incidents in detail and clearly. * Prepare drilling mud and inspect its outflow. * Monitor necessary drilling runs for operation. * Align and level drilling machines. Knowledge Requirements: * Basic mechanics. * Fluid preparation. * Diamond core drilling systems. * Drilling tools, spare parts, and accessories. * Hydraulics Salary: Based on category and experience level. Driller I: between $ 3\.000\.000 and $ 3\.200\.000\. Driller II: between $ 2\.400\.000 and $ 2\.800\.000\. Additional benefits include performance bonuses (per meter drilled, retention, safety, and attendance), accommodation, meals, uniform cleaning, and round-trip transportation to and from home during rest periods. Work Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts, 14 days on duty \* 7 days off. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract.
