Support in store operations and Visual Merchandising A leading retail (leather goods) company requires a Commercial Advisor / Salesperson Salary: $1.751.000 + commissions + social benefits Schedule: Sunday to Sunday with one compensatory day off, two rotating shifts: opening or closing Academic Qualification: High school diploma Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or commercial roles. Knowledge: Sales and customer service (basic) Visual Merchandising (basic) Styling (intermediate) Basic Excel Responsibilities: Provide customer advice and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Achieve sales targets and performance indicators. Verify pricing, product display, and organization. Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines.
