Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Tech professional to ensure architectural integrity and lead the technical transition supporting product growth in fitness, health, and wellness. We seek a Full Stack professional who can secure the current architecture and lead the technical transition into a new phase of growth. Challenges Conduct a thorough technical audit and ensure successful technical handover Lead the full app transition Build the technological foundation for growth **Responsibilities** Develop and evolve the app Ensure technical stability Scale the product with business-oriented criteria Propose architectural improvements and decisions Ideal Candidate Technology professional or related field\+7 years of Full Stack development experience. Experience in startups and digital products Proficiency in React Native / Flutter \| Node.js / Python / Ruby on Rails \| AWS / Firebase. Claude Code or Cursor is desirable. High level of autonomy and business mindset Proactive, with strong technical judgment and strategic vision Conditions Hybrid or on-site work mode.
