




Job Summary: We are seeking a Document Administration Assistant to support administrative management, organize and archive documents, and provide timely information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Document digitization and registration A company located in the municipality of Girardota requires a Document Administration Assistant (with or without disability) for its team, with six (6) months of experience in related fields. Academic qualification: High school diploma with courses in document management or technical training; or associate degree/technology program in administration, archival science, or related fields. Requirements for the position: - Knowledge of records and document management. - Proficiency in office software and computer use. Job Mission: Perform and oversee tasks related to document registration, distribution, and archiving to deliver agile and timely services within the established budget, providing timely information to enable corrective actions before each period-end and year-end closing. Responsibilities: - Advise on, classify, distribute, and archive documents to support the organization's administrative management. Assist in selecting and discarding documents that have reached their legally mandated retention period to recover physical storage space. - Digitize and register documents.
