Job Summary: We are seeking a Portfolio Analyst to manage payment collections, reconcile balances, and maintain up-to-date financial information for accounts receivable. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and control the customer portfolio 2. Perform balance reconciliations and cross-checks 3. Prepare portfolio and collection reports Job Offer – Portfolio Analyst Position: Portfolio Analyst Position Objective: Manage and control the customer portfolio, ensuring timely collections, accurate balance reconciliations, and up-to-date financial information related to accounts receivable. Main Responsibilities Record and apply cash receipts in the system. Perform balance reconciliations and cross-checks with customers. Review and analyze the overall portfolio. Carry out collection management activities and follow up on pending payments. Prepare portfolio and collection reports. Perform bank reconciliations. Address and resolve inquiries related to account statements and payments. Support monitoring and tracking of collection performance indicators. Maintain updated customer information and payment documentation. Requirements Technical or technological degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in portfolio management, collections, or finance-related areas. Proficiency in office software, especially Excel.
