Job Responsibilities: \-Manage assigned customers telephonically and digitally to ensure portfolio recovery. \-Ensure the application of collection, attention, and customer service policies. \-Implement company-defined protocols during the collection process. \-Use assigned technological tools and applications efficiently. \-Meet productivity indicators through an effective number of daily interactions. \-Profile: Must hold a certified high school diploma and have at least 6 months of experience in administrative portfolio collection and/or customer service.
