At Tododrogas, we are looking for the best leaders. We seek a Pharmacy Manager to lead, execute, and ensure pharmaceutical service processes in accordance with current health regulations. The candidate must ensure safe dispensing, proper inventory management, compliance with administrative procedures, and drug control, thereby contributing to service quality and user satisfaction. Position Objective Ensure comprehensive management of the pharmaceutical service through technical, administrative, and operational supervision of the site, guaranteeing safe dispensing, regulatory compliance, inventory control, and timely, efficient, patient-oriented service delivery. Main Responsibilities Execute and supervise pharmaceutical service processes according to current regulations. Dispense medications with safe and responsible guidance. Manage inventories: receipt, storage, expiry date control, and rotation. Ensure compliance with protocols, records, and quality standards. Support internal and external audits. Manage service-related orders and daily reports. Ensure proper storage and use of controlled medications. Provide user assistance and information per institutional guidelines. Ensure proper handling of service documentation and supporting records. Requirements Technologist in Pharmacy Management (required degree). Current registration in RETHUS. Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred). Knowledge of pharmaceutical service regulations.
