**Position Profile**
A metal-mechanical company requires an **Accounting and Administrative Assistant**, holding a technical, technological, or professional degree in Accounting, Accounting Management, Administration, or related fields, with experience in accounting, administrative, and logistics processes, oriented toward fulfilling financial obligations and providing comprehensive operational support.
Requirements
* Technical, technological, or professional degree in Accounting, Accounting Management, Administration, or related fields.
* **Minimum 2 years of experience** in accounting and administrative assistant roles.
* **Experience using accounting software** (Megactivo, Siigo, World Office, Helisa, SIESA, SAP, or similar).
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
* Knowledge of accrual processes, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and social security procedures.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
**Main Responsibilities – Accounting Management**
* Receive, review, and record supplier invoices.
* Manage collection and filing of withholding tax and VAT withholding certificates.
* Prepare and control disbursement vouchers along with their supporting documents.
* Perform bank reconciliations for disbursements.
* Administer petty cash and manage corresponding reimbursements.
* Download and assign invoices to respective budgets.
* Prepare and maintain updated accounting and financial control charts.
* Manage cash payments and advance payments to suppliers.
* Schedule and ensure timely payment of monthly obligations such as utilities, administration, leasing, loans, and other financial commitments.
* Notify suppliers promptly upon completion of their payments.
**Administrative Management**
* Prepare the monthly social security payroll (ARUS).
* Manage employee affiliations, withdrawals, and updates with the Social Security System.
* Validate and monitor medical leaves.
* Maintain administrative documentation organized and up to date.
**Logistics and Operational Support**
* Coordinate staff logistics for installations and service delivery.
* Manage transportation, accommodation, and meal reservations for displaced staff.
* Coordinate Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements for staff entry into client sites or facilities.
* Coordinate with clients regarding staff access authorizations for various projects.
