Job Objective Plan, organize, and monitor delivery routes, customer master data, billing, and customer service, ensuring accurate product delivery, settlement, and sales documentation in accordance with the company’s logistics and distribution guidelines. Responsibilities Plan and monitor load composition and delivery routes, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and proper load balancing. Organize and maintain up-to-date customer master data, contributing to improved sales force service. Execute and review customer georeferencing to optimize distribution routes. Perform billing, ensuring timely delivery of legal sales documentation. Monitor correct delivery and settlement of sales. Handle and manage service calls, guaranteeing timely resolution of requests. Prepare operational reports and analyses to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), and Environmental guidelines. Requirements Education: Technical degree in Administrative Sciences, Logistics, Operations and Processes, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in executing or supporting logistics and/or distribution processes. Availability: 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., or as required by operational needs. Technical Skills Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of billing and document control processes. Experience with logistics information systems. Interpersonal Skills Results orientation. Collaborative teamwork. Systems thinking.
