Job Summary: We are seeking a professional Construction Resident with experience in road construction projects, on-site leadership skills, and the ability to ensure technical, operational, and construction compliance for infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise the technical execution of road construction projects. 2. Ensure compliance with schedules and technical specifications. 3. Coordinate personnel, contractors, and field activities. **Join an important road project in Antioquia!** An infrastructure and construction company requires a **Construction Resident** for a highway improvement and/or construction project in the municipality of El Santuario. We seek a professional with solid technical experience in road construction, on-site leadership, and the ability to ensure the project’s technical, operational, and construction compliance. **Position:** **Construction Resident** **Location:** El Santuario **Contract Type:** Project-based or task-based contract **Salary:** $5,000,000 COP per month **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Required Profile** Professional degree in: * Civil Engineering * Transportation and Highway Engineering With postgraduate studies in: * Road Infrastructure * Pavement Engineering * Geotechnics * Terrestrial Roads * or related fields. **Required Experience** * Minimum general experience of eight (8) years. * Minimum specific experience of three (3) years in road infrastructure projects, construction and/or highway improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the technical execution of the construction work. * Ensure compliance with schedules, technical specifications, and project quality. * Coordinate operational personnel, contractors, and field activities. * Monitor quantities of work, materials, and activity performance. * Verify compliance with technical and safety standards on site. * Coordinate with third-party oversight (interventoría) and project management. * Prepare technical reports and construction progress updates. * Support planning and control of construction activities. **Desirable Knowledge** * Road construction and maintenance * Pavements and geotechnics * Interpretation of engineering drawings * Construction site control * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and technical software Interested candidates should send an updated resume to: talentohumano@ozul.com.co with the subject line: Construction Resident Workplace: On-site employment
