




Job Summary: Procurement Analyst with experience in supplier selection and negotiation, inventory management, and procurement projects, leading cost reduction efforts and supporting the team. Manages relationships with local and international suppliers PROCUREMENT ANALYST Minimum three (3\) years of experience performing activities related to supplier selection and negotiation, purchase orders, selection and acquisition of construction materials, inventory management; essential knowledge of civil engineering equipment and tools. Must have participated in two contracts totaling at least two years. Responsibilities include: procurement management—standardizing procurement and supplier certification processes, generating new procurement options meeting organizational requirements, and managing procurement projects. Lead the identification of cost reduction initiatives. Support and supervise members of the Procurement Department in carrying out their duties. Raise internal customers’ awareness of their responsibilities regarding the procurement process. Responsible for maintaining relationships with local and international suppliers, as applicable. Must ensure suppliers’ responsiveness to maintain a continuous flow of materials and avoid disruptions to the supply chain.
