




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Leader for the textile sector, responsible for end-to-end management under a full-package model, ensuring cost, quality, and timeline targets while aligning suppliers with commercial strategy. We are looking for an Operations Leader for a textile-sector company with experience in end\-to\-end management under a full-package model. This role is responsible for ensuring costs, quality, delivery timelines, and inventory levels, coordinating domestic and international suppliers, and aligning operations with commercial strategy. What You’ll Tackle **Full control of the flow: development → production → delivery.** * Direct negotiation with suppliers and factories. * Inventory and margin governance. * Active participation in demand planning and procurement decisions. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, Production, or Logistics. Specialization in Operations, Supply Chain, Production, or Cost Management is desirable. Technical training in textiles, garment manufacturing, or materials (valued). 5 years of experience in textile or garment manufacturing companies. Minimum 3–5 years managing operations under a full-package model. Experience in textile processes: weaving, dyeing, finishing, special processes, and garment manufacturing. Technical knowledge of sportswear materials and technical fabrics: blends of nylons, polyesters, spandex, compression fabrics; as well as comfort fabrics such as cotton, viscose, and modal. Advanced Excel (costs, scheduling, analysis). Development of reports and Power BI dashboards; and/or AI-supported process tools. Google Workspace / Microsoft Office. Management of technical files and production documentation.
