**Company Description** **SGS** is a leading company in inspection, verification, testing, and certification of products and services. **Job Description*** Implement, maintain, and improve the company's management system; identifying deviations from the system or procedures for carrying out activities, initiating actions to prevent or minimize such deviations. * Ensure planning and coordination of all operational activities within the I\&E ENVI sector. * Monitor the generation and tracking of area KPIs. * Guarantee timely delivery of required technical and operational information according to established timelines. * Ensure availability of necessary work tools or consumables to support smooth operation, overseeing their proper and efficient use. * Ensure field activity planning is carried out in an organized and controlled manner. * Use and ensure team members use the organization's computer tools. * Supervise and ensure proper handling of requests, complaints, and claims received by the department. * Ensure proper custody of SGS and client information in accordance with applicable HABEAS DATA guidelines. * Optimize proper use and maintenance of work equipment, promptly reporting damages or malfunctions to the direct supervisor and maintenance personnel. * Ensure purchase requisitions for equipment maintenance and calibration are processed to guarantee monitoring quality and regulatory compliance. * Supervise the use of materials and consumables received for operations, ensuring appropriate and efficient usage. * Guarantee accurate, fast, and timely delivery of necessary information to both internal and external clients. * Consolidate all operational activity information for submission to the National Operations Coordinator I\&E ENVI. * Support decision-making regarding purchases of equipment required for operations. * Actively participate in identifying corrective and preventive actions, as well as improvement plans. * Actively participate in internal and external audits scheduled by the department. * Perform other duties assigned, inherent to the position. * Report overtime hours for operational staff in the department. **Requirements** Education: Professional degree in Environmental, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 2 years of verifiable experience in managing and supervising environmental, operational, administrative monitoring, and customer service. Technical Knowledge: Fundamentals in ISO 9001 management systems, laboratory competence ISO/IEC 17025, Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT), good laboratory practices, knowledge of operation and maintenance of environmental monitoring equipment (Water, Air, Emissions), knowledge of methodologies and processes specific to the sector, method validation and uncertainty, quality assurance. Note 1: Regarding technical knowledge, if the candidate does not meet all requirements, the company will ensure compliance through inclusion in its training/capacitation program. **Additional Information** Salary: 3,090,000 \+ All legally mandated benefits.
