If you possess strategic vision, deep technical knowledge, and exceptional leadership, we invite you to be part of a challenging project where you can drive operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive Plant Management:** Lead, plan, coordinate, and control all production processes at our concrete prefabrication plant. Your focus will be on ensuring maximum quality, operational efficiency, full safety compliance, strict adherence to delivery deadlines, and continuous optimization of available resources. * **Technical and Operational Excellence:** Apply advanced technical expertise and experience in automated processes to supervise the production of structural concrete prefabricated components, with particular emphasis on railroad ties and other railway elements. * **Team Management:** Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative, safe, and innovative work environment. Your leadership will be critical to the development and high performance of your personnel. * **Quality Control and Compliance:** Ensure that all products and processes comply with the highest technical and quality standards, including international standards such as ASTM, AASHTO, ICONTEC, and sector-specific railway regulations. Implement and oversee rigorous quality controls across all production stages. * **Process Optimization:** Implement and manage strategies for continuous improvement of production processes, with special focus on industrial automation and resource efficiency. * **Maintenance and Safety Management:** Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment. Guarantee strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, promoting a zero-accident culture. * **Cost and Productivity Control:** Monitor and control production costs, continuously seeking opportunities to improve plant productivity and profitability. * **Innovation and Development:** Lead the implementation of new technologies and methodologies to enhance prefabricated component production and quality. **Essential Requirements:** * **Academic Qualifications:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. Specializations or diplomas in concrete production, prefabricated components, or industrial management are highly valued. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum 10 years of progressive experience managing concrete prefabrication plants. * **Specific Experience:** Proven experience in structural concrete prefabricated component production, railroad tie or other railway element manufacturing, automated process management, and multidisciplinary team leadership. * **In-Depth Technical Knowledge:** Extensive knowledge of concrete technology (mix design, curing, quality control), prefabricated and railroad tie production processes, and industrial automation applied to concrete plants. * **Regulatory Expertise:** Expert knowledge of relevant technical and quality standards (ASTM, AASHTO, ICONTEC, railway standards). * **Management Skills:** Experience in industrial maintenance management, occupational health and safety, and cost and productivity control. * **Competencies:** Strong leadership, effective communication, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and strategic decision-making capabilities. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to lead a strategic area within a renowned international company. * A dynamic and professional work environment. * Large-scale and highly relevant projects. * A competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and job responsibilities.
