Procurement and Inventory Analyst

Job Summary: Coordinate and manage procurement, inventory, and key administrative tasks essential to the company's operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end procurement and supplier management, from evaluation to delivery. 2. Inventory management and updates on the Siigo platform. 3. Administrative support for contracts, insurance policies, and technical documentation. 1\. Procurement Ø Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery times, and payment terms. Ø Prepare quotations for materials, tools, PPE, supplies, and/or services. Ø Receive and process purchase requests for materials, tools, PPE, supplies, and/or services. Ø Issue purchase orders in accordance with organizational procedures. Ø Coordinate and track deliveries of materials, tools, PPE, supplies, and/or services to the company’s various project sites. Ø Manage the Siigo platform: create new suppliers, enter purchase invoices and/or credit notes, etc. 2\. Inventory Ø Conduct periodic physical counts of materials, tools, PPE, and/or supplies to maintain accurate inventory records. Ø Record inventory data on the Siigo platform. Ø Maintain up-to-date stock records for materials, tools, PPE, and/or supplies in warehouses and storage facilities. 3\. Administrative Tasks: Ø Review contracts and addenda, and issue and/or maintain updated insurance policies. Ø Submit service suspension requests to the utility provider for electrical maintenance work at substations. Ø Submit personnel documentation required for technical visits to clients. Ø Prepare final reports on completed work for certain clients. Ø Manage petty cash for minor purchases. Ø Provide equipment and supplies to new employees upon joining the company.
