DESCRIPTION Central Railway Line Concession, a leading company in the railway infrastructure sector, is seeking to incorporate a **Real Estate Legal Professional** with a strong track record and demonstrable experience. We are currently undergoing expansion and seek talent aligned with our values of excellence, commitment, and innovation. **Purpose of the Position:** A real estate lawyer is required to join the Work Team to ensure continuity of activities related to the legal component in the formulation and execution of the Contractual Resettlement Plan, recognition of socioeconomic compensation, and other deliverables associated with Real Estate Management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Advise on and manage legal aspects related to land acquisition and real estate management in general. * Actively participate in the formulation and execution of the Contractual Resettlement Plan, ensuring compliance with current regulations and established agreements. * Lead and supervise processes for recognizing socioeconomic compensation, guaranteeing transparency and fairness therein. * Analyze and resolve legal issues arising during project execution, particularly those related to real estate management. * Draft and review legal documents, contracts, minutes, and other instruments necessary for proper project execution. * Provide legal support to various project areas regarding real estate, administrative, urban, and property law. * Stay updated on applicable legislation and case law related to real estate management and infrastructure projects. * Collaborate in identifying legal risks and propose mitigation strategies. * Represent the company before authorities and third parties in matters related to real estate management. **Essential Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Licensed lawyer with a valid professional license.
