**About the Role** We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Graphic Design Assistant. This role is focused on **learning and direct collaboration**, with the intention that the position transitions into a full-time role in the future. You will work closely with me, your main coordinator, on the daily production of graphic content for our project. **Work Management and Responsibilities** * Design and adaptation of graphic assets for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and social media content. * **Schedule and Coordination:** We will meet **daily** (flexible time to be agreed upon between both parties) to set the work schedule, receive daily tasks, and conduct quick reviews. The goal is to establish a disciplined workflow. * Maintenance of design files and brand libraries. **What We Offer** **Salary Range:** **$450,000 COP** per month. * **Resources and Tools:** We provide key software licenses such as **Creative Cloud, Canva,** and other tools necessary for the workflow. * **Ongoing Training:** We offer instruction and tutoring so you can gain proficiency in video and prototyping tools such as **Adobe XD, Premiere Pro**, and others required by the project. **Growth and Development** * **Progressive Increase:** As workload increases, working hours (and therefore salary) will scale accordingly, following a continuous growth model. * **Future Formalization:** We aim for this collaboration to evolve into a formal **full-time position** with all statutory benefits once the project reaches maturity. **Requirements and Skills** * **Intermediate** proficiency in key tools (primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva). * Eagerness to learn and train in new design and video editing tools. * Availability to define and adhere to the agreed daily work schedule. * Portfolio or work samples demonstrating attention to detail and creativity.
