




Summary: This role involves closing insurance sales for life and final expense products, supported by an AI system that pre-qualifies customers, offering significant career development opportunities. Performance directly translates into higher earnings and growth You would be working on an insurance sales line (life and final expense), with an optimized model designed to help you focus on closing sales. An AI system contacts and qualifies customers first, and once they show interest, the call is transferred directly to you for closing. Soon, you will also have access to inbound leads (including Spanish\-speaking prospects), increasing your sales opportunities. We offer an indefinite\-term contract starting from training, which is paid and lasts approximately 2 weeks (with a 2\-month probation period from the start). Modality: **100% On\-site** Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM), with weekends ***currently*** off **Compensation**: Base salary: $2,700,000 \+ $250,000 allowance Daily and Weekly bonuses: Up to $131,000 COP Commissions on Capted: earn up to $5\.000\.000 COP (in just Commissions) Bonuses are considered part of the salary (prestational) and are paid on a biweekly basis.
