Under general direction, provides on-site services by measuring, testing, and monitoring the mixing and pumping of fluids, including technical analysis and specific product and practice recommendations to control fluid properties. Maintains fluid properties on drilling rigs through accurate testing. Manages inventory at customer wells. Must provide effective customer service by providing customers and drilling rig coordinators with information on rig progress and by developing/implementing solutions to problems arising on site. May conduct field sales visits, office visits, or accompany the sales representative performing the same role. Performs other related tasks as necessary. Provides ongoing support to help operations deliver the most effective and environmentally safe drilling fluids available to our customers, while optimizing the well construction process and maximizing our customers' production. **Job Description Summary** The AMO Supervisor is a workshop position responsible for ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance activities of electromechanical equipment for solids control, drilling cuttings storage, water treatment, and sludge dehydration are conducted safely and reliably, delivered to the global AMO organization in a cost-effective and efficient manner, without causing harm to people or the environment. The role focuses specifically on completion fluids within the company's Oilfield Services portfolio. It involves effective cost control and resource optimization, administrative management, inventory management, timely reporting, work plan submissions, and QHSE management (HSE induction and orientation for new employees, risk analysis for routine and critical tasks, Stop Work, environmental protection, improvement initiatives).
