Guarantee effective communication with the Cencosud client and contribute to meeting productivity, quality, and service indicators.**Job Requirements** ---------------------------- • Technical or technological degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or administrative areas within CEDIs or retail, distribution, or mass-consumption companies. Technical Knowledge • Inventory management. • Generation and analysis of management indicators. • Preparation of operational and administrative reports. • Excel and office tools (intermediate level). • Knowledge of logistics processes: receipt, picking, dispatch, and storage. • Proficiency in information systems and logistics platforms (WMS). Information Management and Reporting • Generate, consolidate, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. • Prepare performance indicators: productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, and process times. • Record and update information in WMS systems and control sheets. 2\. Operational Monitoring • Support and monitor product receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch activities. • Track operational progress against the daily plan. • Escalate operational issues affecting service continuity. 3\. Client Communication and Support • Serve as the direct contact point between the CEDI and the Cencosud client. • Manage requests, validations, confirmations, and special requirements. • Ensure clear, timely, and solution-oriented communication. 4\. Inventory and Document Control • Conduct, monitor, and close cyclic inventories. • Verify discrepancies and coordinate adjustments. • Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of movements. 5\. Administrative Support • Control document inflow and outflow. • Support administrative processes at the distribution center. • Prepare executive reports for management and the client.
