ESH Specialist **About the Role** **Individual Contributor:** Sets own medium-term objectives and carries out activities to achieve results. The employee possesses extensive theoretical knowledge and broad experience within their area of work. Activities require in-depth analysis and alignment with others both inside and outside the work area. Suggests improvements to current processes and trains/reviews less experienced employees. **Managerial:** Supervises operational activities by setting daily objectives. Ensures operational activities are carried out in accordance with guidelines and that daily objectives are achieved. The employee has extensive theoretical knowledge and significant experience in their area of work.
