Logistics Assistant – Logistics Technician or Technologist

Position Summary: A technician or technologist is required to support and monitor orders to suppliers, internal procurement operations, and transportation/distribution of goods. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in supplier management and procurement. 2. Control and optimization of transportation and goods distribution. 3. Experience in procurement, supply chain, and inventory processes. The company requires a technician or technologist in Administration, Industrial Engineering, and/or related fields with a minimum of two years’ experience for its team. The main responsibility is to support and monitor orders placed with suppliers, assist in internal procurement operations, and support transportation and goods distribution operations; experience is required in procurement and supply chain processes, inventory, and fixed assets. Responsibilities: - Receive, classify, store, and dispatch items according to instructions provided by the immediate supervisor. - Receive and distribute goods to various departments and/or the main warehouse. - Maintain order, cleanliness, and physical inventory records in the warehouse. - Experience in procurement and supply chain processes. - Preparation of inventory transaction notes for goods receipt and dispatch. - Inventory review and control. - Support in fixed asset management.
