Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the IT and Innovation area, participating in technical support, information management, and development of internal solutions. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a person to support the **IT and Innovation** area, participating in technical support, information organization, and development of internal solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Level 1–2 IT support (computers, printers, network, NAS). * Information organization and support in **knowledge management**. * Support for **internal platforms and intranet**. * Process documentation and support in **quality management**. * Support in automation and internal tools. * Basic audiovisual material editing for training. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of **Python** and **HTML/CSS C#**. * Interest in automation, organization, and process improvement. **Preferred Qualifications:** IT support, Django, **Revit**, or video editing.
