This is an **Apprenticeship** position located in Santiago de Cali, Colombia. Please note that Cargill does not provide relocation assistance to the work location. **Key Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive tracking of project lines and categories * Management and development of project management indicators * Analysis and prioritization of innovation projects * Planning and monitoring of project schedules * Collaboration in process improvement and cross-functional communication * Support in generating reports and documenting progress * Ability to work effectively in a team * Ability to convey and follow instructions * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Strong customer service orientation * Support administrative tasks involving spreadsheets and databases, among others **Minimum Qualifications:** * At least 18 years of age * Completed high school diploma minimum; currently enrolled in practical training for Engineering, Industrial, Administration, or Project-related university programs **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of SAP * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Basic knowledge of project management, reporting, documentation, BI tools, and Microsoft Project Please attach the following documents to your application: ***Complete resume:*** resume, copy of ID, academic certificates, employment certifications or personal recommendations At Cargill we promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our processes!
