Support the Labor Legal Department in organizing, digitizing, controlling, and verifying personnel files of company staff, ensuring traceability, integrity, and up-to-date information in compliance with current labor regulations and internal company policies. Specific Responsibilities: Document Digitization and Organization Digitize resumes and employment documents of active staff. Classify, organize, and archive physical and digital documentation. Ensure digitized documents are legible, complete, and correctly stored in authorized repositories. Verification of Employment Contracts in Files to Be Digitized Verify that employment contracts are duly signed by both parties. Confirm that contractual information matches the employee's actual data. Identify inconsistencies and promptly report them to your immediate supervisor. You will receive: Salary: $1,750,905 Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Meals Transportation assistance within the city of Cali.
