Customer loyalty and direct follow-up A leading company in the commercial and distribution sector is looking for a Commercial Developer with a motorcycle to join its team — energetic, proactive, and strongly oriented toward digital tools. If you have experience in street-level sales (TAT), are passionate about customer interaction, and comfortably use mobile applications, this opportunity is for you! What will be your purpose in this role? To develop each of the company’s brands, considering the channel’s digital role, and achieve assigned commercial KPIs. Main Responsibilities and Functions Route Management: Conduct 100% in-person visits to all clients within the assigned territory and perform daily visit planning. Digital Transformation: Train, support, and enable customers in using, registering, and self-managing orders via digital applications (Surtiapp / Trade Go). Commercial Performance: Ensure achievement of sales targets, digital coverage, and proper management of promotional displays at points of sale. Loyalty and Follow-up: Maintain direct contact with customers to confirm order deliveries, track delivery status, provide quotations, and address exceptions. Information Control: Verify and update customer data in the system, ensuring accurate georeferenced coordinate registration. Required Profile Education: High school graduate. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in store-to-store (TAT) sales or other street-level commercial roles. Specific Knowledge: Basic Excel proficiency, commercial relationship management, and KPI understanding. Familiarity and fluency with digital platforms and communication tools (WhatsApp, phone calls). Working Conditions and Benefits Base Salary: Current Legal Monthly Minimum Wage (SMLV). Statutory Allowances: Statutory transportation allowance. Extra-Statutory Allowance: Mobility allowance of $350,000. Commissions: Starting from $720,000 (based on achievement of commercial objectives). Social Security: Full statutory affiliation and contributions (Health, Pension, Occupational Risk Insurance - ARL, and Compensation Fund). Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
