Main Responsibilities: - Painting tasks: Perform painting and touch-up work in rooms, hallways, meeting rooms, common areas, and external hotel zones. - Surface preparation: Prepare walls and ceilings through sanding, patching, cleaning, and application of primers or sealers prior to painting. - Inspection and reporting: Identify and report structural damage, moisture issues, cracks, or deterioration in facilities. - General maintenance: Support facility maintenance activities, minor infrastructure repairs, installations, and adaptations as required by operations. - Resource management: Ensure proper use, preservation, and cleaning of painting tools, equipment, and materials. - Safety and order: Maintain order in work areas and strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations. Requirements: - Academic qualification: High school diploma. - Experience: Minimum of one (1) month to six (6) months in painting or facility maintenance. Working Conditions: - Salary: COP $1,750,905 plus statutory social benefits. - Contract type: Project-based or task-based contract. - Working hours: Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts (including a designated rest day).
