Job Summary: We are seeking a Promoter for Nestlé in Buga with commercial skills to promote sales and conduct product tastings. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to achieving sales targets 2. Direct promotion and sales under the Nestlé brand 3. Preparation of product tastings and demonstrations We are currently recruiting Promoters in Buga under the Nestlé brand. Event: Until December. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for specific work or services Compensation Type: Hourly wage Payment: Biweekly (commercial) Salary: $1,750,905 COP Schedule: • Friday to Sunday, during one of the following shifts depending on the point of sale: • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. • 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Main Responsibilities: • Contribute to achieving sales targets • Implement commercial strategies and tactics to reduce stockouts • Provide information on the benefits of each product • Direct promotion and sales under the Nestlé brand • Preparation of product tastings and demonstrations • Organize shelf displays and ensure visible pricing Required Profile: • Commercial mindset • Basic marketing knowledge • Route management (work plan) • Inventory management We encourage you to apply! . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary School Diploma Less than 1 year of experience
