Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Electrical Engineer with leadership skills and field experience to supervise, coordinate, and control electrical projects. Key Highlights: 1. Construction scheduling and control We are currently looking for an Electrical Engineering professional to fill the position of Resident Electrical Engineer. We seek a candidate with an excellent attitude, leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in teams, with a minimum of (2) years of field experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and advanced knowledge of Excel and office software. Job Requirements: • Educational level: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. • Experience in electrical projects (preferably residential and commercial). • Technical and administrative knowledge. • Personnel management and team leadership on construction sites. • Construction scheduling and control. • Preparation of construction progress reports (cut-offs). • Monitoring of drawings and progress control. • Procurement and inventory management of materials. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and office software. Responsibilities: • Scheduling, monitoring, and controlling project progress. • Supervision, coordination, and management of technical and operational personnel on site. • Preparation of construction progress reports (cut-offs) and progress reports. • Inventory and material management for the project. • Updating of drawings and technical documentation. • Support in procurement management and customer billing. • Adherence to schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements. • Other duties as assigned according to project needs. Working Conditions: • Indefinite-term employment contract. • Salary: To be negotiated based on experience. • Administrative shift from Monday to Saturday. • Location: Cali, Valle del Cauca. • Immediate hiring. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Degree 1 year of experience
