Operation of plotters, sublimation, and basic machine maintenance We are seeking a designer with experience in digital printing, specializing in the operation of large-format plotters, machine calibration, and color management. The candidate must possess knowledge of sublimation, inks, RIP software, and color profile configuration to guarantee precise and high-quality prints. Responsibilities Operate, calibrate, and maintain large-format digital printing plotters. Manage RIP software configuration to optimize ink usage and color profiles. Perform color calibration to ensure print fidelity. Prepare graphic files optimized for digital printing and sublimation. Monitor print quality and adjust parameters as needed. Handle various substrates and materials for printing. Conduct basic preventive and corrective machine maintenance. Coordinate with other teams to meet deadlines and quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in large-format digital printing. Advanced knowledge of RIP software. Proficiency in graphic design programs (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW). Experience in sublimation and ink management. Knowledge of color calibration and ICC profile creation. Ability to troubleshoot technical printing issues. Capacity to work collaboratively and under pressure. Desirable Skills Experience in basic plotter maintenance. Knowledge of UV and textile printing.
