This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Coordinate and ensure efficiency in the maintenance processes for the client company’s machinery, equipment, and infrastructure, in accordance with departmental instructions and procedures, aligned with the Integrated Management System (IMS), SHE regulations, and TPM methodology, to guarantee reliability and availability of equipment, machinery, and climate-control installations. **Requirements** ------------------ SUPPLA S.A. (a DHL Group company) seeks a professional in administrative or logistics fields with a minimum of 3 years’ experience leading work teams, developing maintenance plans, preparing quotations, purchasing supplies, and cost analysis. Experience in distribution centers (CEDI) is mandatory. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Ensure that the assigned work area poses no risk to one’s own health or safety, or that of others, as required by the Health, Safety, and Environment (SHE) Department. * Define and verify the testing schedule for machinery and equipment. * Supervise efficient equipment operation with minimal waste; track efficiency indicators and define improvement actions. * Develop plans and actions to reduce equipment and machinery failures. * Monitor equipment and machinery using logbooks. * Schedule preventive maintenance for equipment (cleaning, lubrication, oil changes, bearing replacements, thermocouple replacements, jaw cleaning); track relevant indicators and report data on their effectiveness. * Schedule repairs for mechanical damage occurring in equipment and machinery (belt replacements, couplings, shafts, chains, rollers, guard straightening); maintain a detailed equipment and supplier response guide.
