Joining our Firm means becoming part of a team devoted to keeping families together and “Changing as Many Lives as Possible.” **About the Role** The Operations Coordinator is the engine behind our workforce execution strategy—turning real‑time operational data into smart, scalable staffing decisions that keep Court and USCIS operations running smoothly. This role ensures we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time by managing demand, capacity, utilization, and SLA performance across highly dynamic, high‑volume environments. More than a coordinator, this person is a strategic partner who strengthens efficiency, improves delivery speed, and supports consistent, high‑quality service. They collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Training, Operations, and Finance to ensure every staffing decision is timely, cost‑effective, and aligned with business needs. By leading workforce reporting, supporting training oversight, and shaping the HYN program strategy, the Operations Coordinator helps the firm stay proactive—anticipating staffing gaps, preventing bottlenecks, and enabling confident growth. This role is essential to maintaining compliance, reducing risk, and ensuring our teams are fully prepared to meet client needs in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven immigration environment. **Your Key Contributions** **Demand, Capacity \& Augmentation Monitoring** * Monitor augmentation demand across Court and USCIS teams (with scalability to firmwide needs), including volume trends, backlog levels, and department capacity. * Identify geographic or market\-specific sourcing challenges and recurring fulfillment gaps. * Track high‑priority obligations that remain unstaffed or require repeated fulfillment to ensure continuity of operations. **SLA Performance \& Execution Oversight** * Monitor internal SLA performance related to augmentation, including: o Time to fill (Talent Acquisition) o Time from assignment confirmation to training completion o Time to deploy and overall readiness * Evaluate cycle\-time performance to identify operational delays and execution risks. **Cross\-Functional Reporting \& Coordination** * Share forward\-looking demand insights to support proactive sourcing and workforce planning. **Training \& Enablement Oversight** * Monitor training completion, readiness, and certification status for augmented and HYN staff. * Identify gaps or inefficiencies in Rippling training modules and recommend improvements, including bundled or role\-based learning paths. * Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure training programs scale effectively with augmentation and redeployment needs. **Firmwide HYN Program Ownership** * Lead the firmwide HYN workforce strategy to maximize utilization and reduce overtime costs. * Maintain and continually enhance a firmwide skills matrix to support targeted HYN deployment. * Provide data\-driven HYN placement recommendations based on skills alignment, capacity availability, and cost impact. * Monitor HYN outcomes and refine program criteria to drive improved effectiveness, consistency, and adoption. **Financial \& Performance Oversight** * Conduct ongoing cost analyses to determine when full\-time hiring is more cost\-effective than continued augmentation. * Partner with Finance to reduce overtime spending, increase direct labor utilization, and improve overall cost efficiency. * Establish, maintain, and monitor quality standards and evaluate rubrics for external support resources. **Strategic Workforce Planning** * Serve as the firmwide owner of workforce optimization across augmentation, HYN deployment, and FTE planning. * Identify emerging trends and operational patterns that may require long\-term staffing or process changes. * Deliver data\-driven recommendations to leadership on workforce investments, capacity planning, and optimization strategies. **What Makes You a Great Fit** * Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Operations, Finance, Economics, HR, or related preferred). * 3–6\+ years of experience in workforce planning, operations management, staffing strategy, or contingent labor/professional services environments. * Proven ability to manage SLAs and workforce performance metrics, with strong analytical skills and expertise in dashboards, automation, and data visualization to drive data\-backed decisions. * Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling, with strong capability in dashboard development and data visualization tools. **How You'll Benefit** * Paid Time Off (PTO) – including vacation, sick leave, and personal days, consistent with the local country’s requirements. * Paid Holidays – country‑specific public holidays. * Locally aligned health benefits – such as medical, dental, vision, disability, and other required national benefits aligned to local laws and norms. * Local payroll in native currency – with all taxes, social contributions, and statutory benefits automatically calculated and handled. * Retirement or pension contributions – based on each country’s legal and cultural standards. * Employee support and compliance protection – including access to local HR experts for questions about laws, culture, or benefits. **Our Firm** At Lisinski Law Firm, the commitment we show to our clients is matched by how we support and invest in our people.
