Optimize costs, enhance efficiency, accelerate digitalization, with an end-to-end holistic view of the value chain. You are the one who connects finance, supply, technical functions, and people so the factory wins every day. **A Day in the Life of...** * Translate operations into P\&L: lead quarterly and annual budgeting and reviews, monthly financial closing, and SKU-level costing under cost standards, focusing on price, usage, energy, and labor variances. Your discipline elevates information quality and accelerates decision-making. * Serve as the compass for conversion cost: monitor fixed expenses, waste, and savings opportunities alongside production and supply teams, identifying levers to optimize production cost and protect margins. * Safeguard working capital: physical inventories (raw materials, packaging, lines, fixed assets) and controls felt on the shop floor and reflected in the balance sheet. Zero surprises, maximum traceability. * Elevate decision-making: develop clear KPIs, dashboards, and cost studies, and provide financial evaluation input for projects and CAPEX—jointly safeguarded with the technical area. Your voice will carry weight in what we do, when, and how. * Be the internal control and audit reference: collaborate closely with accounting and tax teams to reduce audit findings and strengthen financial statement quality, with rhythm and foresight. * Drive digitalization: standardize, automate, and digitize reports and processes to gain speed, accuracy, and analytical focus. * Transfer Prices: unblock the TP process for exports; a fundamental part of understanding quarterly variations. * Accuracy: precision in figures. **What Will Make You Successful…** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. * 6 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in cost-related roles within finance and controller functions in manufacturing-sector companies, performing financial and cost analysis and forecasting, budget preparation and monitoring, and production cost accounting. * Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and intermediate-to-advanced skills in Power BI. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of artificial intelligence is valued. **Compensation** Fixed salary between 9'500\.000 \- 10'200\.000 plus company benefits.
