




Job Summary: Responsible for managing user accounts, administering permissions, and providing access support, ensuring information security and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages user accounts and permissions on technological platforms 2. Provides first-level support for access issues and incident resolution 3. Works in controlled environments with a focus on information security DESCRIPTION * Executes user account provisioning, deactivation, and modification processes on technological platforms, enterprise applications, and internal systems. * Administers and controls user permissions in accordance with client security and compliance policies. * Provides first-level support for access-related matters, credential management, and resolution of basic incidents. * Maintains clear and accurate documentation of all activities performed in access management systems. * Timely escalation of complex cases to the security or administration team as defined by established escalation matrices. REQUIREMENTS * Demonstrable experience (minimum 1 year) managing user accounts (provisioning, deactivation, modification) in Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, or similar platforms. * Basic knowledge of identity management and access policies. * Fundamental understanding of information security best practices. * Ability to work in controlled environments under formalized procedures (ITIL, ISO, etc.). * Attention to detail, customer orientation, and effective communication skills
