Monitor technology infrastructure (systems, networks, and hardware). Manage, resolve, and escalate incidents according to SLA. Log and track requests in the Service Desk. Handle basic user requests (access, passwords, connectivity). Maintain communication with users and ensure service continuity. Requirements Prior experience in office automation analysis. Proficiency with office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across departments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
