Job Summary: This role aims to ensure the availability of reliable, relevant, and up-to-date information to evaluate the performance of digital strategies and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Manage digital analytics for strategic performance. 2. Collaborate with Datalab for data-driven decision-making. 3. Optimize digital strategies and web content. Role Objective: Generate, manage, and maintain the company’s digital analytics by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various channels and tools (such as websites, SEO, and analytics platforms), supporting the Datalab team. This role is intended to ensure the availability of reliable, relevant, and up-to-date information that enables evaluation of digital strategy performance, identification of improvement opportunities, and facilitation of accurate, data-driven decision-making within the organization. Main Responsibilities: 1. Content Writing and Creation: Research and write content for primary and satellite websites using conversion-oriented copywriting techniques. 2. Basic UX/UI Design: Create and edit landing pages and websites using tools such as WordPress (Gutenberg, Elementor, or others), ensuring usability, accessibility, and optimization according to Marketing requirements. 3. Satellite Website Management: Administer the Entre Trámites websites and their corresponding social media accounts. 4. Incident Management: Identify and handle website-related requests via Helpdesk. 5. Content Audits: Conduct periodic reviews to ensure relevance and optimization. 6. Occasional Programming: Use various programming languages, supported by AI. 7. User Research: Conduct surveys and analyze metrics to propose continuous improvements. 8. SEO Strategy and Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve rankings and organic traffic. 9. Technical Collaboration: Work jointly with developers for custom coding and with Marketing to align content strategies. 10. Performance Monitoring: Continuous monitoring using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console. 11. Technical Problem Resolution: Monitor incidents reported by SEO tools. 12.
