The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the academic and operational aspects of the gastronomic program. The role focuses on ensuring technical training quality, efficient use of commissary resources, and teaching staff development, without performing direct classroom instruction. Requirements: Technologist or university graduate in Gastronomy or related fields. Knowledge of administrative or organizational management. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within the gastronomy sector. Clean criminal and disciplinary records. Responsibilities: Supervise the academic and practical development of the culinary technical program. Coordinate and support the technical instructor team, providing continuous guidance and feedback. Review and update study programs to align them with current trends in the gastronomy sector. Manage the commissary, ensuring proper control of supplies, equipment, and utensils. Plan purchases and maintain updated inventories to ensure timely supply for practical sessions. Monitor students' academic and practical performance, promoting continuous improvement. Manage partnerships and agreements with chefs, restaurants, and institutions in the gastronomy sector. Working Conditions: City: Cali, Valle del Cauca. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, fulfilling the legal weekly workload of 44 hours. Work Modality: On-site. No travel availability required. Contract: Fixed-term for 3 months with renewal option, directly with the company. Salary: $2,022,480 + $249,095 transportation allowance + $660,000 meal bonus. Statutory benefits.
