Responsibilities: Manage technical support tickets and resolve user issues efficiently. Coordinate with various teams to ensure resolution of complex issues. Analyze trends of recurring problems and propose process improvements. Collaborate with developers to implement solutions for technical issues. Provide first-level technical support for requests and inquiries regarding our parking and payment systems. Timely follow-up on open and pending incidents from Smart Parking and Smart Payment customers, ensuring compliance with SLAs. Assist with initial hardware and software installation on end-user devices, as well as configuration of devices and peripherals. · Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in multichannel customer service. Academic background: Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or related fields. Familiarity with ticket management tools. Ability to work under pressure and proactively resolve issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills. · Conditions: Base salary: COP $2,300,000 plus commissions up to COP $900,000. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday (maximum 2 Sundays per month). Rotating shifts between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. We offer a challenging and dynamic work environment.
