Expert guidance and mentorship In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop your Data Analytics skills by assisting in data extraction and report and dashboard creation. Your role will be critical in supporting decision-making, while also providing a practical learning opportunity in data handling within the marketing department. Your primary mission will be: Support data collection, analysis, and visualization to facilitate commercial area decision-making. Develop reports and dashboards that help identify business trends and opportunities. Generate reports from various sources, including: number of interactions, conversation durations, customer satisfaction surveys, resolution times, wait times, among others. Update existing reports for different customer service channels. Prepare special reports depending on the brand. Conduct operational behavior analysis and propose process improvements. Requirements for the Role: Technical or technological student in Information Systems Analysis and Development, Software Analysis and Development, Information Management, Data and Information Analysis, or Database Management, Marketing, or related fields. Proficiency in Power BI. Advanced Excel proficiency. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Remote modality. (Availability to visit offices at specific times).
