Work Mode: On-site **What We Are Looking For?** A person who ensures the **accuracy of physical and systemic inventory**, identifies discrepancies, analyzes root causes, and proposes action plans to guarantee operational reliability. **Responsibilities** * Execute and lead cyclic counts, full inventories, and inventory audits. * Analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, identifying causes and defining corrective actions. * Ensure traceability of all merchandise movements (receipts, shipments, transfers, returns, and adjustments). * Validate proper execution of storage and inventory control processes. * Generate reports and KPIs on accuracy, discrepancies, turnover, and inventory reliability. * Monitor operational incidents and ensure their timely resolution. * Implement controls to reduce losses, inconsistencies, and inventory discrepancies. * Collaborate closely with Operations and Warehouse to ensure information integrity. * Participate in internal and external audits related to inventory. * Propose improvements in inventory control and management processes. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as an Inventory Analyst in logistics companies, retail, distribution centers, or e\-commerce. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Experience with **WMS, Odoo, SAP, or ERP** systems. * Knowledge of inventory KPIs, audits, cyclic counts, and reconciliations. **We Are Looking For Someone With:** * Strong analytical ability. * Attention to detail. * Results orientation. * Planning and organizational skills. * Data-driven decision-making. * Proactivity in identifying risks and improvement opportunities. **Added Value** Experience in **e\-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution center** operations—where inventory control and reliability are critical to operations—will be considered a strong advantage. **If you are passionate about analysis, control, and optimization of inventory, we want to meet you.
