Job Summary: We are seeking a Chemical Engineering student to support the scale-up of industrial processes, monitor new product references at the plant, and collaborate on continuous production improvement. Participation in training and standardization programs A renowned German multinational company, a leader in adhesives, home care, and beauty, distinguished by its innovation, quality, and sustainability, is seeking a Chemical Engineering Apprentice. Requirements: Education: Final-semester Chemical Engineering student (eligible for internships). Experience: No prior experience required. Desired Knowledge: Industrial processes, scale-up, and technology validation. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Manufacturing processes and quality management systems. English level A2–B1. Main Responsibilities: * Support the scale-up of processes from laboratory to industrial scale, ensuring accurate transfer and reproducibility of products. * Monitor new product references at the plant, verifying their behavior during production and proposing adjustments when necessary. * Analyze and verify references exhibiting anomalies or deviations in quality parameters, identifying root causes and improvement opportunities. * Actively participate in plant-based training and process standardization programs, strengthening the technical knowledge of the production team. * Collaborate with engineering and quality departments in implementing new projects or technical developments introduced at the plant. Working Conditions: Contract: Internship agreement. Salary: Confidential. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (adjustable according to hours defined by the educational institution). Location: Calle 17 68B-97, Montevideo neighborhood, Bogotá.
