We seek individuals passionate about gastronomy, dynamic, proactive, and possessing excellent service attitude, who wish to grow professionally within an organized, stable, and excellence-focused environment. ***What Will Be Your Mission?*** Support kitchen preparation and setup processes, ensuring proper food handling, order, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards. ***Profile We Are Seeking*** ✔ Culinary Technician. ✔ Minimum 6 months of experience in related or similar positions. ✔ Organized, agile person with willingness to work in a team. ✔ Passion for cooking and attention to detail. ✔ Positive attitude and commitment to service. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Clean, peel, and cut food items. * Weigh and measure ingredients. * Label food items for storage. * Organize and store food in pantry, refrigerator, and freezer. * Perform mise en place for sauces and preparations. * Maintain clean and organized utensils and surfaces. * Support various tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. ***Working Conditions*** * Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. * Working hours: 42 hours per week. * Fixed days off: Mondays and Tuesdays. * Work modality: On-site. ***Salary and Benefits*** * Base salary starting from **$1\.873\.400** per month. * Statutory benefits and social security. * Tips starting from the third month. * Institutional benefits. * Access to cafeteria (meals). * Parking. ***Location*** Due to the club’s rural location, we especially value candidates residing in Chía, Cajicá, Cota, Zipaquirá, or nearby areas of the Northern Savanna, to facilitate commuting.
