CRM management and rapid response We are currently looking for a **Lead Development Representative (LDR)**, a key member of our sales team responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads to ensure that opportunities reaching our sales team are truly valuable. This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented focus. **What will you do in this role?** * Manage and follow up on **inbound leads** (forms, campaigns, events, etc.) * Contact prospects via **phone calls, email, and WhatsApp** * **Qualify opportunities** based on commercial criteria (need, interest, timing, etc.) * Schedule meetings for the sales team (SDR / KAM / Closers) * Keep the **CRM** updated with clear and organized information * Ensure rapid response times to maximize conversion **What are we looking for?** * Experience in **sales, customer service, or commercial roles** * Communication and persuasion skills * Strong organizational and detail-oriented follow-up abilities * Proactive and results-driven attitude * Experience with **CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or others)** is a plus Employment Type: Permanent Work Location: On-site
