Ashaya Level 2 Zoom Class

Description

This intermediate online class is for people with some previous yoga experience. Each class has an inspirational theme that helps you get focused, learn some yoga philosophy, and look at life in a positive light. Poses build from warm ups and basic Sun Salutations to standing postures and then to a chosen apex pose. An inversion, such as handstand or pincha mayurasana is included in every class. All poses are made accessible with props and options to modify for your skill level. Pay what you can.
